Refund policy

The family membership is a one-time payment of $9.99, and the first 30 days are free. This page says how to get your money back. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Within 14 days

You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase. Write to support@choordinator.com from the email address on your account. We refund the $9.99 to the card you paid with. Your bank can take a few days to show it.

After 14 days

There is no refund after 14 days, except where the law requires one.

What happens to your account

After a refund the membership ends. The games keep working, and the website keeps the fact map.
